This campus will allow unprecedented access to the Zoo’s most captivating creatures, while showcasing the amazing skills of our Zookeepers, and serve as home base for our professional educator staff, volunteers, and the animals in their care.

The Education Basecamp provides wild, formal and informal learning opportunities through:

Animal Ambassador Headquarters
The Animal Ambassador Headquarters features a highly interactive space that encourages inquiry and inspires wonder. Key features include:
- Formerly behind the scenes program animals will be prominently featured and accessible to students, members, and guests alike
- Important context and educational content about animals in human care
